Ashley Norman is serving as elections director for this election at the request of the Executive Committee. The voting will close on April 28, and all voting will be by email (if you have no email account, call us at 293-2100). Announcement of the election results will be made by email. All officers are running unopposed. Therefore, this election will determine who will be named as board members. 2003 Officers' names and duties are listed below.

• President: Pat Esposito
  Duties: The President shall be the Chief Executive Officer of the Society and shall preside at all meetings of the Board of Directors. He/she shall enforce the rules and By-Laws of the Society, nominate committee and subcommittee chairmen for confirmation by the Board of Directors and serve as ex-officio member of all committees and subcommittees


• Vice President: Alyssa Sloan
  Duties: The Vice President shall perform the duties and exercise the powers of the President during the absence or disability of the President.


• Secretary: Carrie Cremer
  Duties: The Secretary shall be responsible for keeping all documents and records of the Society including but not limited to recording minutes of all meetings of the Board of Directors. In the absence of the Secretary at meetings, the President shall appoint a temporary secretary to record the minutes.


• Treasurer: Amy Moats
  Duties: The Treasurer shall maintain the financial records of the Society. The Treasurer shall receive all money and deposit said money in an account in the name of the Society approved by the Board of Directors. And, shall disburse all monies as have been approved by the Board of Directors and are due and payable. In addition, the Treasurer shall prepare and present a financial report for each meeting of the Board of Directors. The Treasurer may be the same person as the Secretary.
  


• Board Members: Ashley Norman, Chris Ferro, Jay Cole, & Ryan Kennedy
  Duties: There are a total of 12 board members, elected to 2-year terms. They attend all Executive Committee meetings and vote on any issues that arise. In short, they make up the governing body of the organization. All officers are board members.
